What affects the price of a Cat 259
HoursHours drive most of the price. Compare units within a couple of thousand hours of each other.
Tracks or tiresRubber tracks and tires wear out. Ask how much life is left, and on the rollers and sprockets.
High flow and cabHigh-flow hydraulics and an enclosed cab with A/C cost more. They matter for mulchers and long days.
GenerationA newer series of the same model often has a different cab and controls, and a different price.
